YORKSHIRE WILD LIFE
A pair of cute puffins up high on the cliffs at Bempton Yorkshire.
Looks like they're not too sure how to get back down to the sea.
Bottlenose dolphins, Moray Firth Scotland.
They are truly wild, why they leap like this is not known. I think they're just having
a whole lot of fun, and it was fantastic to watch.
Waiting for the dolphins to do their 3 o'clock performance , a cormorant kept us
entertained with a graceful flyby.
When you see it’s teeth, any image of a cute cuddly otter goes straight out of your
mind..
2017 Our tour of the Scottish Highlands.
We were staying in Poolewe a small village in Wester Ross, the North West Highlands.
We heard a rumour that there was an otter near by. To capture a wild otter on camera
would be ticking one off the bucket list.
We had been waiting for two hours, it was now 7pm, cold, wet and the light was fading,
we were just about to give up when to our delight the otter made an appearance.
River otter ( Lutra Lutra ) catching it’s supper in Loch Ewe. Loch Ewe is a sea loch.
